Malham Village
Malham is the main village in Malhamdale, an area famous for its limestone scenery.
The village itself is centred around Malham Beck, with a fine packhorse bridge and several clapper bridges traversing the stream (which is actually one of the main tributaries of the infant River Aire).
Events held in and around Malham village include the annual Malham Show, which is usually held sometime in August.
Nearby attractions include Malham Cove, Malham Tarn, Gordale Scar and Janet's Foss.
