The Allotment
Nothing to do with growing vegetables, the curiously named "Allotment" is actually an area of moorland on the southern slopes of Ingleborough.
Caves and potholes on the moors include Juniper Gulf, and the Long Kin system, the waters from all of which re-emerge in to daylight at Austwick Beck Head in Crummackdale.
[N.B. For more information on the area's caves and potholes, please see caving and potholing in the Yorkshire Dales].
