Langstrothdale Chase

Langstrothdale Chase is an area of ancient hunting forest which lies between the head of Raydale and the head of Littondale, spanning the valley of Langstrothdale itself.

Today much of the area is now moorland or open pasture, with the village of Buckden in Upper Wharfedale having been a focal point for huntsmen in days gone by
