Feizor is a hamlet lying at the end of a single track road (pictured above) just off the main A65 between Settle and Austwick.

The area is famous for its fine limestone scenery, with Feizor itself being overlooked by the escarpments and cliffs of Pot Scar (pictured above), behind which lies Smearsett Scar.

Just adjacent to Feizor is Oxenber Wood (pictured above), an area of woodland which (along with neighbouring Wharfe Woods) has been designated a "Site of Special Scientific Interest" (SSSI).

Also nearby is Giggleswick Scar - a series of limestone cliffs which run roughly along the line of the Craven Fault.
