Kisdon Hill, Swaledale

Shaped during the prehistoric glaciation of the Yorkshire Dales region, Kisdon Hill lies between the valley of the infant River Swale and the tributary valley of Straw Beck (also known as Thwaitedale) - effectively splitting the main valley of Upper Swaledale in to two at Keld.
